Software Course
Our Software Course covers installation, setup and configuration details for our software packages; Smartviewer and Samsung Security Manager (SSM). Delegates attending the course will learn to;
- Install and configure the software application
- Add cameras and recorders to your system
- Setup user accounts
- Create device groups
- Create camera layouts and maps (SSM only)
- Monitor live and Recorded images
- Export recorded footage in multiple formats
- Troubleshoot application issues
All required equipment will be provided, but delegates are welcome to bring their own laptops if they wish
