Polygonal mask
Protect sensitive areas from being viewed with fully scalable and adjustable privacy masking. It supports up to 32 polygonal shaped privacy masks allowing users to closely define areas, which should not be monitored by cameras. This is ideal, for example, in residential applications where a street need to be viewed but where the windows in private properties should be masked.
IVA (Intelligent Video Analytics) - Face Detection feature
WiseNetS cameras provide Face Detection to detect up to 35 faces in a scene. It is part of an intelligent video analytics feature and can alert an operator when a face is recognised in a restricted area.
VGA resolution support
The WiseNetS cameras provide VGA (640 x 480) resolution. Although megapixel and HD cameras have many advantages, VGA cameras can provide a cost effective solution for virtually any small to medium size application, including; car parks, hospitals, offices, schools and retail environments. SSDR (Samsung Super Dynamic Range)
SSDR automatically lightens the dark areas within a scene whilst maintaining the brighter areas at the same level. This ensures that the dark areas become more visible allowing the operator to view objects in the shadows.
SSNRIII (Samsung Super Noise ReductionIII)
SSNRIII is beneficial in low light conditions. This technology eliminates image noise in low light conditions without creating image blur or ghosting.
Multiple Codec and Multiple Streaming
The WiseNet network cameras support simultaneous streaming of multiple video compression technologies such as H.264 and MJPEG. This facilitates multiple purposes monitoring such as real-time, high quality or high-efficiency recording, mobile monitoring, E-mail notification and SD memory recording.
